Chief Customer Officer
Mr. Paulo Miranda has been the Chief Customer Officer of LATAM Airlines Group since May 2019. Mr. Miranda has over 20 years of experience in the aviation industry with different airlines both in the USA and in Brazil. In his last role, Mr. Miranda was responsible for customer experience, having previously worked in finance, alliances as well as on the negotiation and implementation of joint ventures. Mr. Miranda holds a Business Administration degree from the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota, USA.
