Santiago, July 5, 2022. LATAM informs that, in the context of its Chapter 11 process with the U.S. Court, it continues to add support to its Reorganization Plan. On July 4, 2022, LATAM entered into an amendment to the Restructuring Support Agreement ("RSA"), dated November 26, 2021.

The purpose of this amendment is to incorporate Columbus Hill as a party. By virtue of this amendment, and despite its initial objections, Columbus Hill has resolved to: support the Reorganization Plan presented by LATAM under the terms of the RSA amendment. Columbus Hill is a significant minority shareholder of LATAM Airlines Group SA and, in that capacity, has agreed to commit its favorable vote at the extraordinary shareholders' meeting to be held today, at which shareholders will approve the capital structure that will be required to implement the Reorganization Plan and each of the other corporate actions remaining for its consummation and the successful exit of the LATAM group from Chapter 11.
