The release will be available on the Company’s Investor Relations website: www.latamairlinesgroup.net.

The Company will hold a conference call to discuss the second quarter 2023 financial results on Thursday, August 3, 2023, at 9:00 am ET / 9:00 am Santiago.

Adhering to good corporate governance practices, the Company will begin its quiet period on July 19, 2023, ending immediately after the release of the financial results on August 2, 2023.
