The Company will hold a conference call to discuss the third quarter 2023 financial results on Tuesday, October 31, 2023, at 9:00 am ET / 10:00 am Santiago.

Adhering to good corporate governance practices, the Company will begin its quiet period on October 16, 2023, ending immediately after the release of the financial results on October 30, 2023.
