The Company will hold a conference call to discuss the fourth quarter 2022 financial results on Friday, March 10, 2023, at 8:00 am ET / 10:00 am Santiago.

Adhering to good corporate governance practices, the Company will begin its quiet period on February 23, 2023, ending immediately after the release of the financial results on March 9, 2023.
