December 16, 2015 – LAN CARGO informs that the General Court of the European Union annulled today the EU Commission’s decision on alleged infringement of EU competition rules during the period between 2003 y 2006, fully annulling the fine previously imposed by the Commission. The investigation affected exclusively cargo operations and did not involve the passenger business carriers. <?xml:namespace prefix="o" ns="urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office"?>
